From Zero To 20 New Corona Cases In Jagatsinghpur; Odisha’s Affected Tally 896

Bhubaneswar: Hours after all five corona positive cases in Jagatsinghpur recovered from the infection, the district on Monday saw 20 more testing positive for the virus.

In a tweet, the DM, Jagatsinghpur, informed that 19 among them are from Naugaon and one from Kujanga. “All are in quarantine centres. Steps are taken to immediately shift them to COVID Hospital,” the post added.

With these fresh cases, the affected tally in Odisha has gone up to 896. The virus has so far claimed four lives in state while 227 have been cured of the disease.
