Bhubaneswar: Police arrested one alleged thief and two receivers of stolen goods at Mancheswar here on Saturday.
Police have seized 140 gm gold and 310 gm silver ornaments from the gang.
In another case, Badagada police busted a gang of looters in the city and arrested four persons in this connection on Saturday. Police also seized two gold chains and a laptop from their possession
The accused have been identified as Jitendra Pradhan (22), Karan Nayak (22), D Raja (20) and Gangadhar Nayak (20).
The accused have been taken to court, police said.
