Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR) on Tuesday issued a notice to managing director of the Odisha Television Ltd (OTV) Jagi Mangat Panda and four others, asking them to appear before it in person for a hearing in the alleged gang rape of a minor girl in Bhubaneswar on November 18.
Talking to the media, chairperson of the Commission Sandhyabati Pradhan said notices have also been sent to the Crime Branch investigating officer (IO), Bhubneswar DCP and the mother of the victim.
She said the hearing of the case will be made on the basis of the complaint lodged by the mother of the survivor.
