Bhubaneswar: The gardens of Raj Bhawan were opened to the general
public on Monday.
People from different walks of life were seen enjoying the visual
delights of around 39 varieties of flowers. Besides, visitors in large
numbers also accessed lawns, fountain and deer park on the premises of
the Governor’s residence.
Tight security arrangements have been made at the Bhawan to prevent
any untoward incident. Visitors have also been requested not to carry
camera, food and other sensitive items.
Public can visit the garden between 2 pm to 5 pm everyday till January
20, official sources said.
