Keonjhar: The abode of Goddess Tarini at Ghatagaon will remain closed for five days anticipating heavy rush during the holiday season.
The temple trust officials on Tuesday announced that the temple will remain shut on December 25, 26 and 31 and January 1 and 2. However, daily rituals will continue as usual.
It may be mentioned that earlier, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) had announced to keep the temple shut for three days on December 31, January 1 and 2 as lakhs of devotees visit Puri temple on New Year and day after.
