Kendrapada: A giant crocodile was found crawling on the road near Ghadiamal village in Odisha’s Kendrapada district on Friday night.
According to sources, the locals spotted the crocodile around 11 pm and gathered to witness the giant reptile. The crocodile crawled across to the Brahmani River from Gochia river within no time.
The villagers suspect that it might have ventured into the area in search of food as the water level of the village river dropped.
Meanwhile, the locals have been warned against getting into the rivers, which are likely to be infested by crocodiles.
