Police have also questioned around 15 people, including the girls’ two male friends – Sanjay and Anil – in connection with the death.

The postmortem report of the girl, who hailed from Bhadrak district, revealed that she had died of asphyxiation, while viscera report is awaited.

Sahu had checked into the hotel on Cuttack-Puri Road on August 4 afternoon. Next day, she was found hanging with a dupatta inside the room.
