Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has deferred the date for opening price bid for global e-tender for procuring COVID-19 vaccines.
The government will now open the tender on June 9 at 11.30 am, stated a release by the Odisha State Medical Corporation Limited (OSMCL).
The state has received two bids which are under evaluation, the Health Department had informed earlier in the day.

In order to give more vaccine manufacturers chance to participate in the global tender, OSMCL had revised certain terms and conditions in the global tender document for procurement of 3.80 crore of vaccine doses twice to ensure better participation.in a clause of the tender.
