Sambalpur: A goods train derailed at Sarala yard in Odisha’s Sambalpur on Tuesday afternoon, according to East Coast Railway (ECoR).
One trolley and an empty wagon of a goods train got derailed at Sarala yard while admitting for maintenance at a very slow speed at 2.26 pm, the ECoR said in a statement.
The main line is free for movement of train and there will be no impact on train services on the route, it said.
No injury to anyone was reported due to the incident, sources said.
