Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Raghubar Das has given his consent to attend the premier show of Odia film “Shanti Apartment” on February 2.
The film’s director Aswini Tripathy and actress Ragini called upon the Governor at Raj Bhavan in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday and extended the invitation to the first show. The Governor highly praised the film after watching its trailer at a special show screened for him.
A film of different genre, Shanti Apartment is produced by Bikram Shankar while Abhijit is its executive producer. Its story and screenplay have been penned by director Aswini and dialogue by Dipak Jena. Its music has been rendered by Sandip Panda,
Actors Dwipnnit Dasmohapatra, Subhasis, Ragini, Alia, Barada, Santu Prasannajit, Shakti, Rakhi and Anuska will be seen playing different roles in the film.
Stating that Shanti Apartment will be released in 30 cinema theatres on February 2, Aswini expressed confidence that the viewers will appreciate the film for its suspense and romance.
