Cuttack: A special team of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on Monday raided a wholesale godown at Aparnna Nagar in Cuttack district for alleged GST fraud.
Sources said the godown is used to store cigarettes, gutkha, zarda and some food items. The traders running the establishment allegedly didn’t generate bills, thereby committing GST fraud, the sources added.
Till reports last came in, the raid was still on.
