Bhubaneswar: With Mo Bus, the city bus service in Odisha’s capital region, completing two years on Friday, the Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) is now planning to seek experience of passengers to be shared in a book format.
Once the books are published, they will be distributed to the passengers of Mo Bus, New Indian Express reported.
“We have always given priority on operations so that passengers are satisfied with our operations,” CRUT MD Arun Bothra said on the occasion of the second anniversary of the bus service.
Bothra also said CRUT focuses on maintaining two-way communication with the passengers and it makes efforts to immediately revert if any passenger has a query.
Mo Bus was launched on November 6, 2018 and ever since, it has been witnessing a rise in daily ridership.
