Bhubaneswar: The Orissa High Court on Friday issued a notice to Union Minister Pratap Sarangi in connection with the allegations that he had not disclosed all criminal cases against him in his election affidavit.
The next hearing of the case has been scheduled for March 13.
According to his election affidavit, he is facing seven pending cases pertaining to criminal intimidation, rioting, promoting enmity between groups on grounds of religion, race and extortion.
