Headmaster Beaten Up In Odisha For Molesting Girl Student

Baripada: The headmaster of Andola Project UP School was beaten up by
public for allegedly molesting a girl student of the school at Andola
village .

The accused has been identified as Tapas Giri.

Following the victim’s complaint to her parents that she was
sexually harassed by her headmaster during school hours, a group of
irate locals dragged Giri out of the school, tied him to an electric
pole in and thrashed him severely in public view.

The accused was later released from the clutches of the villagers
after police reached the spot and took him into custody.

However, Tapas has refuted to the allegation brought against him.
