Headmaster Found Hanging On School Premises In Odisha’s Angul

Angul: Headmaster Turuda Primary School under Dhadarapala panchayat in Odisha’s Angul district was found handing inside this office on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Hrushikesh Sahu, a resident of Natada village of Kishore Nagar block.

According to sources, he reached school early morning as usual and took a round of the campus before retiring to his office. He was then found hanging from a ceiling fan around 10 am. Sahu was rushed to Kishore Nagar Community Health Centre, but was declared dead by doctors.

Police have recovered the body for postmortem and initiate an investigation into circumstances leading to his death. It is being suspected that he took the extreme step over some family dispute.
