Cuttack: The hearing of cases in the Orissa High Court will resume in physical mode from February 15.
In an official order issued on Friday, the High Court notified that its order issued on August 21 last year on the functioning of the high court as well as subordinate courts and tribunals will be in force till February 14.
Stating that the hearing will restart in physical mode in the high court from February 15, the latest order said the standard operating procedure (SOP) for all the courts will be issued soon.
The lawyer concerned will submit his option in every case to appear physically or virtually in advance to the Registry. The lawyers have been requested to convey their option the previous evening.
It may be noted that the High Court has been hearing the cases on virtual mode due to COVID-19 pandemic as per the health advisory of the state government.
