Cuttack: A low pressure over the Bay of Bengal causing heavy rainfall in Odisha has disrupted road communication in Cuttack district on Monday.
It is learnt that due to heavy rainfall in the region, floodwater was flowing at a height of four feet over Bilipada-Talabasta main road in Banki area of the district.
Apart from this, hundreds of acres of farmland are submerged.
