Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre here on Friday predicted heavy rain for the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack for the next three days.
One or two spells of intense rain are likely in these cities till 8.30 am on October 5. They are also likely to witness traffic congestion and poor visibility during heavy downpour.
