Bhubaneswar: Thunderstorm/lightning accompanied by rain is likely in some parts of 14 districts of Odisha, including Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, till 6 pm on Thursday.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), this weather condition may prevail in Jajpur, Cuttack, Khurda, Bhadrak, Puri, Jagatsinghput, Kendrapada, Bargarh, Sonepur, Boudh, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Malkangiri and Gajapati during the next three hours.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strikes.
