Bhubaneswar: Heavy rain accompanied by lightning and strong wind lashed the Odisha capital on Saturday afternoon.
The weather changed around 1 pm with sudden rain and lightning lashing the city for around half an hour.
There were reports of hailstones in some parts of the city.
Power went out in most parts of the city due to lightning.
However, the weather changed quickly with bright sunshine around 2 pm.
