Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre on Tuesday issued a heavy rainfall warning for the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
The Met Centre, in a morning bulletin, said that there will be intermittent rain, thundershower with one or two spells of intense rainfall (2-3 cm/hr) by 12.30 pm.
It has warned of temporary traffic congestion due to waterlogging.
Due to poor visibility, the denizens of the twin cities have been advised to restrict their movement till 12.30 pm and keep in mind the manholes and uncovered electric wires.
