Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre on Thursday issued a heavy rainfall warning for the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
The Met Centre, in a morning bulletin, said that there will be intermittent rain, thundershower with one or two spells of intense rainfall of about 2-3 cms.
It also said that there will be temporary traffic congestion due to water-logging.
Due to poor visibility, the denizens of the twin cities are advised to restrict their movements as far as possible and keep in mind the manholes and uncovered electric wires.
