Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre on Thursday issued a heavy rainfall warning for the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack till 11.30 am
The Met Centre, in a morning bulletin, said that there will be intermittent rain, thundershower with one or two spells of intense rainfall of about 1-2 cms.
It also said that there will be temporary traffic congestion due to water-logging.
Due to poor visibility, the denizens of the twin cities are advised to restrict their movements as far as possible till such period and keep in mind the manholes and uncovered electric wires.
