Bhubaneswar: After OLA and Uber, another online taxi service, Hello Cab, was launched in Bhubaneswar on Thursday.
The company also launched its website www.hellocab.co.in and an user-friendly app.
Interacting with the media at a city hotel, Hello Cab managing director Trupti Ranjan Das said the company will run its cab service in Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda and Puri during the first phase. The service will be extended to the entire state within three months, he added.
He assured customers that they need not worry if they failed to reach out for the cab service online as the company has given two toll-free numbers 1800-12133300 and 1800-12144400 through which they can book the cab. Besides, they can also give a missed call to the paid phone number 7064333999 and book the cab.
Among others, deputy transport commissioner MR Lodha, Chief Regional Manager (sales), Tata Motors Sishir Srivastav and Bhubaneswar RTO Sanjay Kumar Behera were present at the press briefing.
