Bhubaneswar: The State Transport Authority on Saturday announced strict enforcement of traffic rules from March 1. The six-month relaxation to get the documents in order had ended on February 29. Also, you need not carry physical documents such as driving licence, RC, insurance, etc if you have them linked on mParivahan and DigiLocker.
