Cuttack: Arun Kumar Parida, junior clerk of Chhanipur High School at Salipur in Odisha’s Cuttack district, was caught red-handed by the Vigilance sleuths while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 4,000 on Friday.
According to sources, he had demanded illegal gratification from one Bipin Bihari Biswal towards the scholarship received by his daughter.
His residence is being searched.
