Bhubaneswar: Odisha lifters continued their medal spree at the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships.
Hrudananda Das on Friday followed in the footsteps of Mina Santa and Jyoshna Sabar to strike gold at the championships being held at Gautam Buddha University in Greater Noida.
Hrudananda, from Weightlifting HPC Dhenkanal Sub-Centre, won the 73 kg Youth Category event with a total lift of 250 kg.
India also topped the Men’s 73 kg Senior Category, as N Ajith won with a total lift of 308 kg.
