Balangir: A huge quantity of foreign liquor was seized and one person arrested from a roadside eatery near Malamunda under Puintala police limits in Balangir district on Thursday.
The accused has been identified as Nimei Majhi of Kutenpali village in the district.
Acting on tip off, a police team led by Puintala IIC Jashobant Pradhani conducted raid on Thursday evening and seized 153 bottles of foreign liquor. The police arrested a person for illegal trading of the liquor.
