I-Day Relaxation For Weekend Shutdown In Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhadrak: The weekend shutdown in Bhadrak district will be relaxed till 11 am on August 15 for Independence Day celebrations, the district administration informed.

However, a congregation of not more than 10 persons will be allowed. Moreover, all safety protocols such as social distancing, wearing of masks and proper sanitization should be duly followed, the administration added.


Any violation of this order will attract punishment as per Section 188 of IPC and Epidemic Diseases Prevention Act, 1897.

A copy of the order was forwarded to Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak, PD, DRDA & PD, DUDA, Bhadrak, Sub-Collector and SDM, Bhadrak, all tehsildars/BDOs, all Executive Officers of ULBs, all District Level Officers/Line Department Officers and all DJ & PRO, Bhadrak.
