Odisha Vigilance Raid On Idco Asst Manager; 4 Plots In Prime Area Of Bhubaneswar, Puri

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance on Thursday unearthed four plots, two multi-storey buildings, a market complex, a flat, and two houses, during raids on properties of Idco Assistant Manager Manoj Kumar Lenka on the allegation of accumulation of disproportionate assets.

After receiving a tip-off, the team of vigilance sleuths conducted the raids led by two DSPs, 10 inspectors, two sub Inspectors, five ASIs, and other staff on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.

Assets Unearthed:

i) A plot vide No. 4675, area 0.0516 decimal at Mouza Pandara, Bhubaneswar.

ii) A plot vide No.2187, at Mauza Jharpada, Bhubaneswar.

iii)  A shop at Metro Manson, Rabi Talkies, Bhubaneswar.

iv) A plot vide No.461, at Uttar Sasan, Puri.

v) A plot vide No.2071, area 0.0930 Dcml. at Beltala, Pattamundei, Kendrapada.

The measurement and valuation of the buildings, flats, market complexes, and shops/plots are being carried out by Vigilance Technical Wing, an official release said.

The raids are being conducted at seven places in Khurda, Puri, and Kendrapada districts.

(1) A triple-storey residential building located over plot No.754/1463 at Koradakanta, Bhubaneswar

(2) A flat on the 5th floor at Grand Asian apartment in Puri.

(3) Parental house in Kesapur, Patamundai in Kendrapada.

(4) A triple-storey building at Beltala, Patamundai in Kendrapada.

(5) Office chamber in IDCO office at Rupali Square, Bhubaneswar.

(6) A house with a stone boundary at Niladri Nagar, Jharpada in Bhubaneswar.

(7) A market complex at Uttara Chhak in Bhubaneswar
