Sambalpur: To keep pace with the rapidly-evolving world around us, we need to change the way we think and work. Keeping this in mind, IIM Sambalpur has introduced an innovative Management Development Programme (MDP) for business and non-business entities.
IIM Sambalpur also organised two workshops under this Management Development programme this year.
One workshop offered an Executive Development Programme for Senior Management teams of Vedanta Aluminium Ltd., and the other was conducted in collaboration with the CBSE board.
The Executive Development Programme for the Senior Management teams of Vedanta Aluminium Ltd was a three-day programme for “Achieving Leadership Excellence”. Organised at Jharsuguda, the workshop was inaugurated by Prof. MP Jaiswal, Director, IIM Sambalpur, CN Singh, CEO, Vedanta Ltd, Dilip Ranjan Sahoo, CPO, Aluminium & Power, Vedanta Ltd and GG Pal, Director (Metal).
The second programme, conducted in collaboration with the CBSE board, was also a three-day Training and Mentoring programme for principals and vice principals. It was inaugurated by Prof. Jaiswal andProf. A P Padhi, Former Vice Chancellor, Berhampur.
Nineteen principals and vice principals of CBSE schools from different states – Haryana, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, MP, and Hyderabad attended the programme.
