Kandhamal: Daringbadi police busted an illegal gun-manufacturing unit inside a forest near Dandima village under Daringbadi police limits in Odisha’s Kandhamal district and arrested a person.
Acting on a tip-off, the police conducted searches inside the forest and located the unit. Two country-made guns and a huge cache of materials used in the manufacturing of the guns..
Police have launched a probe and registered a case against the accused under relevant sections of IPC, said IIC of Daringbai police station Alekh Garadia.
