As the clock struck 9 pm on Sunday, people across Odisha, including Governor Ganeshi Lal, Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi and BJP Odisha unit president Samir Mohanty, were seen lighting ‘diyas’ and flashing mobile lights.
The police personnel on duty also took a break to express their solidarity in the fight against the virus, which is wreaking havoc across the world.
