India-England ODI At Cuttack’s Barabati: Online Ticket Sale From Tomorrow; Know How To Purchase

Cuttack: The Barabati Stadium is getting decked up to host the second ODI between India and England here on February.

As interest and enthusiasm is set to reach a frenzy, here’s the news that Odisha’s cricket fans were waiting for eagerly: ticket sales for the match will go live from 4 pm on February 2.

Fans can secure their seats at the stadium by downloading the District app and purchasing tickets directly through the platform, the Odisha Cricket Association informed through a detailed press release.

A total of 4,000 tickets will go on sale from the following stands:

* Gallery 2 – Tickets priced Rs 900

* Gallery 4 — Rs 900

* Gallery 7 — Rs 700

* Special Enclosure — Rs 6,000

* AC Gallery Box — Rs 8,000

* New Pavilion — Rs 10,000

ONLINE TICKETS PROCESS

Step 1: Ticket sale will go live on 2nd February at 4 pm on the District App and on District.in website (Event details will also be available on Insider.in where on clicking, users will be redirected to the District App)

Step 2: Users will see the match banner for the event on the District App and on District.in website

Step 3: By clicking on the banner, users will be redirected to the event page, where they will find the ‘Book Tickets’ button

Step 4: After clicking on ‘Book Tickets’, users will enter the queue and will be assigned a virtual position to get a chance to purchase tickets. (This ensures a fair chance for everyone wishing to purchase tickets. The queue page will display the stadium layout and provide real-time updates to help users make informed decisions while they wait for access to make their purchase)

Step 5: Next, users will enter the ‘Buy Now’ section, where they will see an SVG of all the available stands, colour-coded for easy identification. A pricing filter will also be available to help users filter the stands. By selecting their preferred stand, users can click the ‘Choose Tickets’ button to add the number of tickets and then click ‘Continue.’ (A customer can purchase a maximum of 2 tickets, either from the same or different categories.) After this, users will need to choose one pick-up location from the two available box office locations

Step 6: Users will review their booking. Then they will proceed to the payment section to complete their purchase. The cart will remain active for 10 minutes, so users must complete the payment within that time frame. Payment options include UPI, net banking, and cards. For card payments, only international credit cards are accepted, and the card must support international transactions

Step 7: After payment, users will receive a confirmation on their app, as well as an email confirmation. The email will contain a QR code that users can redeem at their selected pick-up location, between February 7 and 9.
