New Delhi: India recorded as many as 67,084 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours on Thursday. The Union Health Ministry said that active cases dropped to 8,92,828.
The active cases are 1.86 per cent of the total infections. The national COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 96.95 per cent, said the ministry.
The ministry said that the daily positivity rate was at 4.44 per cent while the weekly positivity rate was recorded at 6.58 per cent.
Meanwhile, India has administered a total of 171.28 crore vaccine doses so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
