All India People’s Science Congress In Bhubaneswar From Feb 9

Bhubaneswar: The 16th edition of All India People’s Science Congress (AIPSC) will be held at NISER, Jatni from February 9 to 12.

More than 800 delegates including eminent scientists from
approximately 42 science forums of All India People’s Science Network (AIPSN) will come together at the national event.

“Delegates at the congress will include scientists, academics, policy makers and activists working at community level for science popularization. The objective of the AIPSN is advancing, promoting and furthering the cause of science in India,” informed Chairperson, AIPSC Dr Aurobindo Behera in a press conference here on Wednesday.

The broad themes to be discussed at AIPSC include science popularization, environment, climate change & development, decentralization & democratization, and many more.
