New Delhi: Nancy Tyagi, a Delhi-based fashion influencer, made her debut at the Cannes Film Festival in a self-designed pink gown.
Nancy shared a picture of herself on the Cannes Red Carpet on her Instagram handle, and informed that she chose to design her own, unlike celebrities who appeared in clothes from designer houses.
“Stepping onto the red carpet as a debutant feels surreal. I poured my heart and soul into creating this pink gown. The journey has been intense, but every moment was worth it,” she wrote on Instagram.
The striking pink gown was a big hit on social media, and has garnered over 4.71 ‘likes’ since Nancy posted it on Saturday afternoon.
Nancy has around 8.6 lakh followers on Instagram and 1 ne million subscribers on YouTube.
She hails from Uttar Pradesh and made her Cannes debut as part of Brut India squad.
The gown she wore was made from over 1,000 metres of fabric and weighed more than 20 kg. It took her a month to complete it, she told media.
The fashion influencer is known for recreating iconic looks sported by celebrities around the world.
