The Olympian, competing on home turf after a long time, finished the race in 24.04 seconds.
In the men’s race, Odisha athletes clocked the second third-best timings.
Aryan Ekka clocked 21.87 second while favourite Amiya Kumar Mallick breasted the tape in 22.00 secs.
Maharashtra’s Akshay Annappa Shetty was the fastest in men’s 200m, at 21.86 secs.
