‘Inebriated’ Constable Creates A Ruckus In Police Station In Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhadrak: A constable allegedly created a ruckus in a police station in an inebriated condition in Odisha’sBhadrak district on Sunday.

As per reports, the constable came to Sabaranga police station, where he is posted, in the afternoon and started abusing the personnel in abusive language. When the other policemen tried to pacify him and take him away, he also attempted to slap them.

Even as the police personnel were struggling to control their colleague, a web journalist received the information and went there. When the journalist asked the constable about the matter, the latter replied in foul language. The policeman also threatened to take the life of the journalist.

Later, the journalist, who had recorded the activities of the constable in his mobile phone, filed a complaint at the police station. Acting on the complaint, the IIC of the police station sent the constable to hospital for medical check-up.
