Bhubaneswar: Heavy rain will continue to lash Odisha till 8.30 am on July 27, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed on Friday.
The MeT office has also issued orange warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall for several districts till 8.30 am on July 25. This weather condition will prevail at one or two places in Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Boudh and Sonepur during the next 24 hours. Heavy rainfall is also likely at one or two places in Koraput, Nabarangpur, Nuapada, Balangir, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Angul, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Jajpur, Kendrapara Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati and Rayagada districts during this period. Bhubaneswar will also experience one to two spells of rain or thundershower, it added.
