Bhubaneswar: The International Odissi Dance Festival 2022 will be held for five days at Rabindra Mandap in Odisha capital next week.
The event will be inaugurated at 6 pm on December 26 by Minister of Tourism, Odia Language, Literature & Culture, and Excise Aswini Kumar Patra, Additional Chief Secretary of Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Odia Language, Literature & Culture Satyabrata Sahu, Director of OLL&Culture Department Ranjan Kumar Das, President of Odisha Sangeet Natak Academy Aruna Mohanty, Eminent Odissi exponent Priyambada Mohanty Hejmadi, and Eminent Odissi vocalist Shyamamani Devi.
Madhavi Mudgal will be performing on the first day, which will have six solo, two duets and a group performance. The event will take place between 10 am and 9.30 pm on the following four days.
