Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police arrested a man for allegedly cheating investors of Rs 15 lakh in an online fraud.
The accused, Gour Biswakarma, was arrested from Madhya Pradesh.
Police seized Rs 13 lakh from 10 accounts belonging to the accused.
Five others are absconding.
