Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification for engagement of Technical and Non-Technical Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) – Western Region (MD). Application process began on Saturday. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on: www.iocl.com, on or before March 3, 2020.
About Apprenticeship
The period of apprenticeship training is 12 months for all disciplines and 15 months for Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices) & Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders).
Vacancy Details
A total number of 500 apprentices to be engaged in various trades like Electrician, Machinist, Fitter, Mechanic, Accountant, Data Entry Operator (both freshers and skilled).
Educational Qualifications
- The required qualification for all disciplines is Class- XII/ Graduate/3 years Diploma holder/ITI Certificate holder from a recognised Institute/Un
iversity/ Graduate in any discipline, with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate (45 per cent for reserved categories). - Diploma and ITI in relevant trades.
Age Limit
- Candidate must be between 18 to 24 years as on 29.02.2020 for General / EWS candidates.
- Upper age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates is applicable as per Govt. guidelines.
