IPL 2025 To Resume On May 17, Final On June 3; Check Revised Fixtures

Mumbai: IPL 2025 will resume on May 17, with the final to be played on June 3, BCCI announced on Monday night.

The T20 league had been suspended on May 9 following an escalation in the India-Pakistan conflict.

The remaining 13 league matches, including the abandoned game between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals, will be played at six venues – Bengaluru, Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

The abandoned match will be played on May 24 in Jaipur.

The tournament will resume with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru versus Kolkata Knight Riders clash in an evening game on May 17 in Bengaluru.

The Qualifier 1 will be played on May 29 between the league toppers, while the Eliminator will take place on May 30 between the third and fourth-placed teams.

Qualifier 2, featuring the losers of Qualifier 1 and winners of Eliminator, has been scheduled on June 1, followed by the final two days later.

Gujarat Titans currently are on top of the table with 8 wins from 11 matches, followed by RCB who also have 8 wins.

The venues of the playoff games and final will be announced later.
