IPL: Chris Gayle’ Fires Century As KXIP Beat SRH By 15 Runs

Mohali: Chris Gayle’s 104-run knock helped Kings XI Punjab register a win by 15 runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad in their home groundon Thursday.

Chris Gayle’s antics with the bat helped Punjab post a manmoth total of 193/3. The visitors on the other hand were bundled up for only 178/4 in 20 overs.

Hyderabad lost wickets at regular intervals, but skipper Kane Williamson (54) and Manish Pandey (57 not out) did put up some runs on the board.

Mohit Sharma and Andrew Tye took two wickets each for Punjab to put them into the match.

While batting, Chris Gayle scored a 63-ball 104, including 11 sixes.
