New Delhi: Donald Trump and Melania have been married for 19 years, and have a teenaged son named Barron.
However, Trump’s third wife Melania is not seen too much in the former President’s company, having said that bringing up their son is her priority.
Even as Trump is contesting in the upcoming Presidential election to seek a second term, Melania has rarely been attending his campaign rallies.
There have been reports over the years that Melania doesn’t approve of some of her husband’s policies and is also against some of his language used to attack rivals.
On Sunday, former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci made a stunning claim — that Melania ‘hates’ Donald Trump and is secretly rooting for Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
In a recent interview on the MediasTouch podcast, Scaramucci claimed Melania is even more enthusiastic about a Harris victory than he is.
Scaramucci pointed out that the former First Lady was seen at just a few fundraising events and the rally where there was an assassination attempt on Trump.
Scaramucci went on to say that his wife hates Donald Trump too.
“My wife hates Trump as much as Melania does,” quipped Scaramucci before saying in jest that even the host of the interview is “nicer to Trump than Melania is.”
Trump rubbished Scaramucci’s claims, saying that his former aide is a bitter man who holds a grudge.
Scaramucci was responsible in charge of all communications at the White House for just 11 days in July 2017 before being was fired by Trump apparently because White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer disapproved of the former appointment and resigned the very next day.
Besides focussing on son Barron’s college education, Melania is reportedly occupied with her upcoming memoir, a book which her office has described as “a powerful and inspiring story of a woman who has forged her own path, overcome challenges, and defined personal excellence.”
