Substitute Brison Fernandes broke the deadlock after 74 minutes, off an assist from Noah Wail Sadaoui.
Four minutes later, Noah himself showed good opportunism by slamming home a loose ball after goalkeeper partially cleared an Alvaro Vazquez chip.
Vazquez then got into the scoresheet in the 90th minute, off a Noah assist.
It was Odisha’s first defeat after three consecutive wins.
The Juggernauts are now in fourth place with 18 points from 9 matches – just 4 points adrift of leaders Hyderabad FC who have played a game more.
