Kolkata: Odisha FC’s horrific run away from home in ISL-9 continued as they lost 0-2 to ATK Mohun Bagan at Salt Lake Stadium on Saturday.
Australian forward Dimitri Petratos scored both goals – in the third minute, taking advantage of Odisha FC’s sloppy defending, and after 80 minutes off an Asish Rai assist.
It was Odisha FC’s seventh defeat of the season, six of which have come in away games.
The Juggernauts remained in seventh place, with 22 points from 15 matches.
ATK Mohun Bagan, on the other hand, moved up to third with 27 points.
The top 4 in the 11-team competition will qualify for playoff berths. And though Odisha FC are still in contention, they have to do better in their remaining four matches on the road.
