For these two schemes, each beneficiary will be provided with a card (co-branded card).
Under the scheme, male beneficiaries will receive medical coverage up to Rs 5 lakh, while women will be eligible for up to Rs 10 lakh. Families with members aged above 70 years can avail medical benefits up to Rs 15 lakh with simultaneous launch of Ayushman Vay Vandana Yojana.
The beneficiaries of Vayabandana Yojana (for elders of 70 years) will get a separate special card, official sources said.
