New Delhi: A 55-year-old man, working as a scientist in the Union Ministry of Information and Technology, died after allegedly jumping off the 7th floor in Shastri Bhawan here on Monday.
Identified as Rakesh Malik, the deceased was a resident of Peeragarhi in west Delhi, India Today reported.
Police reached the spot on receiving information from the Shastri Bhawan control room and sent the body for post-mortem.
No further information on the mishap was immediately available.
Police investigation is underway.
